Bug Description
The MySQL charm supports series trusty, xenial, and zesty. Zesty, however, is EOL.
A user trying to deploy the mysql charm on a recently bootstrapped controller, i.e., using bionic, will find that the charm is broken Juju selects the most recent series supported by the charm, in this case zesty, and the zesty archives are no longer available.
The user can choose to deploy using the --series=xenial flag, but the easiest fix for this would be to remove zesty as an available series, in lieu of bionic support.
