Bug Description

i searched for a solution on google but couldnt find one.

my setup is
MAAS 2.0.0~rc3+bzr5180-0ubuntu2~16.04.1
conjure-up 2.0.0.7-0~201607261916~ubuntu16.04.1
juju 2.0-beta14-0ubuntu1~16.04.2~juju1

i tried

juju resolved --retry keystone/0

didnt help.

then i tried without retry and all other modules are failing with the same error.

glance/0
neutron-api/0
nova-cloud-controller/0
openstack-dashboard/0

http://paste.ubuntu.com/23022398/

this is the debug output from the keystone module. and what i notice is that always the same

unit-keystone-0: 2016-08-11 13:26:35 INFO unit.keystone/0.shared-db-relation-changed logger.go:40 keystoneauth1.exceptions.http.ServiceUnavailable: Service Unavailable (HTTP 503)
unit-keystone-0: 2016-08-11 13:26:35 ERROR juju.worker.uniter.operation runhook.go:107 hook "shared-db-relation-changed" failed: exit status 1

i tried to debug any possible connection problem between keystone and mysql but couldnt get anywhere.

i dont know if this is a bug but im stuck and need a solution for a problem other ppl seem to have too (2-3years ago) hmm.

here is also the lsof of mysql/0 and juju status

there are no connections. i monitored the juju debug for connections to mysql and the mysql log when retrying the keystone/0 deploy but nothing coming in.

i ran a tcpdump on the mysql/0 node and not one packet is being transmitted when retry is running.
so either the keystone/0 node is trying to connect to another node or i dont know.
