GRANT access via hostname instead of IP Address

Bug Description

It would be convenient in some situations to use GRANT with hostnames instead of IP Addresses. It may even make sense as the default.

The key benefit is that in some situations the IP Address will change (via DHCP), but the hostname will stay the same.

The key negative is now it would be dependent on DNS resolving.
