The charm from the store (rev 37) is not of a latest bzr revision

This is the date of a previous commit to the repo so the current charm in the store is old:

charm show mongodb | grep Upload
  UploadTime: 2016-06-10T12:09:51.559Z

This makes our ocata CI tests fail as there are no definitions for ocata in charmhelpers:

It would be nice to add a repository link to https://jujucharms.com/mongodb as currently it is not clear where to take versioned charm code.
