Bug Description

The mediawiki package has changed between precise and trusty to require an explicit call to `a2enconf mediawiki`, followed by a `service apache2 reload`. This is documented in the package's NEWS.Debian file:

mediawiki (1:1.19.8+dfsg-2) unstable; urgency=low

  Debian MediaWiki packages have been updated for Apache 2.4 compatibility.
  Because of this change, you may need to re-activate configuration by
  running `a2enconf mediawiki'.
