When setting admin, it gives config-changed error

I have set up an environment with mysql, mediawiki, added the relation between mysql and mediawiki, but after setting the 'admins' value with juju set, juju status states the following:

        agent-state: error
        agent-state-info: 'hook failed: "config-changed"'

Even though it states there is an error, the admin user is created and you can access to it on the wiki.

This doesn't happen when setting another value, such as the name or the skin.
