Bug Description
The installation of Mediawiki defaults to a personal namespaced PPA that is not being updated for trusty usage.
This will break the functionality of the Mediawiki charm if this is not corrected when the charm targets a trusty host.

This bug is marked fix committed - but I don't see the fix in lp:charms/mediawiki. Is this actually fixed somewhere, or does it need to be reopened?
Note that this is a fatal problem for new architectures in trusty for which this PPA has not be enabled, since apt-get update will error out when no it gets a 404 for the packages file.
