Bug Description
etherpad-lite does not serve a /index.html so does not work with the current haproxy formula.
Formula currently generates config with:
option httpchk *
I got it working with:
option httpchk HEAD / HTTP/1.0
It would be nice if this was configurable via the relation.
That said I'm not a haproxy expert so it may be possible to tweak the normal configuration to deal with this use-case
