Bug Description
The glance charm currently install python-swift but only needs to install python-swiftclient to satisfy the swift backend. The negative consequence of installing python-swift at the moment is that is installs python-dnspython which causes glance to break when using ipv6 addresses - https:/
Worth noting that if glance is colocated with another service/app that installs dnspython the issue still remains so we will need to grab the upstream patch once it lands.
