Bug Description
The old docker charm uses Ansible install methods and is unmaintained in its current form. The goal of being a catch all charm for docker has not worked very well and we have a new strategy that we would like to replace it with.
We would like to replace it with the layer-docker where developers could build a generic docker charm or put their own container in a layer and use the layer-docker to make their own specific charm.
