Charm needs to be updated to install on other releases.

Hello chef-server!

We are starting the migration to trusty and I noticed the code in the install hook would prevent this charm from installing on trusty 14.04 releases. The code references "deb http://apt.opscode.com/ precise-$CHEF_VERSION main" which will not work on trusty.

We also need to update this charm with the latest version of chef-server, which is currently 11.1(omibus). It would be great if we could find an installation method that would work on multiple releases.

I would recommend that we note: http://downloads.getchef.com/chef-dk/ubuntu/#/ would be a preferrable installation method as its a self contained omnibus installer that includes all the nuts and bolts to get moving with chef.

And i since redact that statement - as chef-dk includes far more nuts and bolts than we need.
