Bug Description
I tried to run the tests on a KVM environment and it failed. The default instance in KVM environments is 512MB of RAM.
Even though my friend Bill Gates says "640K ought to be enough for anybody." it appears that Kafka requires 1GB to run the java process.
The minimum RAM requirement should be called out in the readme so people know what size of system to use for kafka. I believe that MAAS instances can also be 512MB for a default instance.
