Charm needed: Openphoto

Openphoto is a excellent Open Source project and we should have a charm to deploy in the cloud.

And the packages that are needed. Should be just the "charm wrapper" that's needed.

lots of good reasons to get a charm for this going. i've got most of this hashed out already, but have some limitations we need to deal with in order to integrate with the mysql charm. currently working on investigating whether we can make some simple modifications to openphoto to bypass this during install, or if this is going to be an enhancement bug against mysql charm.
