Bug Description

BOINC is used for distributed computing:

http://boinc.berkeley.edu/

This could be an interesting thing to deploy to the cloud, especially in an academic setting. An ideal charm would expose configuration options for the different projects available in BOINC and allow you to just switch your cloud to whichever you want to contribute to on the
fly.

(The boinc client is in the archive already)
