Bug Description

This deploys a master node which includes yarn resourcemanager and hdfs namenode, and hadoop compute node cluster. By default this bundle uses two units, one for the master, and one for the compute.

## Usage

    juju-quickstart bundle:hadoop/yarn-hdfs-cluster

## Scale Out Usage

In order to increase the amount of slaves, you must add units, to add one unit:

    juju add-unit compute-node

Or you can add multiple units at once:

    juju add-unit -n4 compute-node

## Following the Development of this Charm:

By default this bundle will deploy the stable version of the hadoop charm, but if you want to follow development you can:

  juju-quickstart bundle:hadoop/yarn-hdfs-cluster

Hello Amir,

Thank you for this submission for the yarn-hdfs-cluster bundle. I have reviewed it and it looks good to me.

There is an issue with pushing this bundle to the hadoop bundle name space. If you want it part of the hadoop bundle namespace, then open a Merge Proposal and copy the contents of bundles.yaml into the existing bundles.yaml file in lp:~charmers/charms/bundles/hadoop/bundle branch. You will also need to merge the README files. The README file would contain instructions on how to deploy the "cluster" bundle and the "yarn-hdfs-cluster" bundle, and the bundles.yaml would contain definitions for both bundles.

The README would contain instructions on how to deploy this bundle:

juju quickstart bundles:hadoop/cluster
juju quickstart bundles:hadoop/yarn-hdfs-cluster

I am going to change the status of this bug to incomplete while you work on that Merge Proposal. If you have any questions please reach out to me, or the other charmers in #juju on freenode.net.
