Bug Description

Charybdis is a fast, scalable IRC server, capable of supporting tens of
thousands of connections. It supports SSL and X.509 certificate
challenge-response authentication.

This charm supports semi-automatic clustering of units, and configuration templating.

Thanks for your submission Ryan.
Everything deploys and works as expected :)

No bugs to report, just one question regarding the inclusion of lib/charm-helpers which seems to be an updated package of python-charmhelpers. Is there a particular reason these can't be pushed upstream and have the charm pull in from the ppa?

Ryan Finnie (fo0bar) wrote :

AIUI, that presents a bootstrap problem (writing a non-trivial amount of code to grab charm-helpers to use with the rest of the hooks. IIRC there is a bug with a discussion about this within charm-helpers (and the larger juju community), with the current recommendation to just ship the library within the charm. If this thinking changes in the future, I'd be happy to revisit the charm.

Ugh...ok, yep, leave as is.

Just need you to add 'categories' to metadata.yaml, then I can promulgate.

Categories have been added, please pull.
