Include charm for unattended-upgrades

Please review http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~seth-arnold/charms/precise/unattended-upgrades/trunk/files for inclusion in the charm store. It installs and configures the unattended-upgrades package as a subordinate service.

I've tested that it correctly modifies the configuration files when related to the mysql and wordpress charms on 12.04 LTS, both with the local provider and EC2 provider.

I've considered exposing more of the configuration options via configuration options; any opinions?

Thanks for the charm.

Have reviewed and everything looks good, promulgated to the store.

Going forward it'd be great to see options allowing some/all of the following:

*Configurable origins as to what can be updated
*Ability to e-mail admin when upgrade has occurred
