Add the landscape-client charm

Hi David:

Thanks for the charm.

The charm works as expected but, I feel that the README file is a bit too light on details. Would you elaborate a bit on the necessary values in config.yaml?

Deploying this could be a little confusing with all of those options and no documentation to go with it.

I would be happy to review this again once the issues above have been addressed.

Updated the README with an appropriate amount of detail. The other options in there are more rare, so I don't want to clutter up the README with things that not many people would use.
