Bug Description
In this video Evan says we should make it easy for us to deploy error reporting in the cloud:

Though maybe I was thinking it would be a whoopsie charm subordinate that you could just add reporting to instances. Either way this bug will track what we need to make deploying data-gathering crash information easy on the cloud.
