Bug Description
New Tomcat charm based on existing 'tomcat6' and 'tomcat7' charms - lp:~robert-ayres/charms/precise/tomcat/trunk.
Refactors old charms to support both Tomcat 6 and Tomcat 7 in one charm amongst other additional features. Would suggest if this charm is accepted we phase out the other Tomcat charms in Quantal.
I've successfully tested it on LXC and EC2.

The current tomcat6 charm fails to add rules to the security group when the service is exposed.
Deploying the proposed lp:~robert-ayres/charms/precise/tomcat/trunk version in Precise appears good from the limited testing done so far
