Integration tests fail on juju wait

Hi,

When running certain unit tests juju wait causes a failure of the test, even if the test itself has passed. Running the exact same command after the test does not result in any failure.

An example of this is the test_auth_file_propagation test: https://github.com/charmed-kubernetes/jenkins/blob/master/jobs/integration/validation.py#L227

And example command being:

juju wait -e app-id-5299-manual-juju-controller:kubernetes -w

Environment:

lxc ubuntu container

Thanks for the report. Two questions before we can act on this:

1. What commit of the jenkins repo are you using? We recently fixed a similar issue that only occurs on LXD[1], so hopefully this will work for you when you've picked up the fix commit[2].

2. What is the output during failure?
