Bug Description
It would be nice to have charm-proof additionally check for correct unix line endings on files.
A user ran into an instance where windows line endings prevented teh bash script from running. While this is not specifically the onus of juju to detect, as our windows user base grows this will be a growing problem, and something we can simply lint for.
