Bug Description
Right now, if you screw up a command, like missing args, you get usage, but not the full help. Unfortunately, the usage doesn't actually tell you how to get the full help, either:
$ charm create
usage: charm-create [-h] charmname [charmhome]
It wasn't clear to me that the -h flag was how I got help... so I was stuck... the usage didn't tell me how to use the command or how to get help using the command.
