Template Generator creates Readme.ex instead of Readme.md

I understand the usefulness of having the template as readme.ex, however other successful projects generate a README.md file by default. (see rails default README.md)

Since we are already linting the readme, I propose that this move to readme.md, so we get all of the parsing goodness that github provides projects when rendering the example readme.
