bundle proof returns dumb error if I give it a bundle

Bug Description
I did:
juju bundle proof bundles.yaml
instead of
juju bundle proof
in the bundle directory. It spat this out: https:/
It should instead say "just run juju bundle proof dude" or do something other than that error.

bundle proof is the same as charm proof, it takes the same parameters, etc. Bundles are the directories that have a bundles.yaml
