$ charm help
/usr/share/
I would expect it to provide some usage help, including a list of topics to get help on (probably including subcommands).
$ dpkg -s charm-tools |grep Version

charm-tools needs to listen to a --help command. As it's now a Juju plugin `juju help charm` also errors out
