Bug Description
Hello
When deploying the charm on latest charmed k8s the charm will fail to deploy its resources due to the ClusterRole definitions using the older deprecated rbac.authorizat
[Workaround]
none at the time of writing, but this should be resolved by updating the API endpoint for the most recent K8S versions,

Just adding more to this bug, apiregistration and calico resources created by the templates are also in need of some updates.
