Bug in recent change re: thruk-agent check rendering

In commit ef1b77238970e0ac91a7542a6555e980a82183b3, part of the change performed there introduced use of the -p flag on the check_http call.

Unfortunately, this change assumed that there was a port number explicitly specified in the "url" config parameter - and breaks in the case of URLs with an implicit HTTP or HTTPS port.

This can be worked around via explicitly adding a :80 for HTTP and :443 for HTTPS "url" config values.

Regardless, this change was backwards-incompatible. While I don't think it should be fully backed out, I think the port should be made optional in some way so that the implicit case, which we've depended on previously, will continue to work.
