Bug Description
run_tempest.sh is deprecated, must use tox for tempest.
The following is landing as a temporary work-around to pin tempest to a point in time before run_tempest.sh was removed.
- lp:~corey.bryant/openstack-charm-testing/pin-tempest
This bug is to remain open until the tempest usage and approach in UOSCI is adjusted to work with tempest master (ie. use tox instead).
