Bug Description
In fixing lp:1896467, we introduced a regression.
The charm writes telegraf config files with ownership to root:telegraf, but when using the snap, there is no 'telegraf' group (unless the deb was also installed).
The recommended way is to run non-root daemons as 'snap_daemon':
