Bug Description
We've run into several situations with Swift where it will happily fill individual disks while trying to rebalance, which causes a deadlock and requires substantial manual intervention to fix. To address this we've added a script to the Swift nodes which will identify a near full device (less than 20G free) and prevent it from syncing more data until it drops below the threshold. It would be nice if the charm had a similar, configurable safeguard in place.
