Bug Description
We have ran into an issue where rsync processes hanging. While investigating the issue, we noted that object-replicator stops logging about time remaining when usually there would be a log entry every 5 mins or so.
In an effort to at least catch this issue sooner, we would like a nagios check that will WARN at 10 mins and CRIT at 15 mins since the last remaining time log entry.
