Bug Description

While testing charm-rsyslog, I noted that the messages_rotate's description describes it as:

  Number of days to rotate /var/log/messages and other associated files

The messages_rotate value is used in the "rotate" clause for the files in question, however rotation is not daily; it's weekly.
