Bug Description
Just a note to say that I could not deploy rabbitmq-server using ~openstack-
$ juju deploy --to lxd:3 --series focal --force cs:~openstack-
$ juju debug-log --include rabbitmq-server/0

It's part of the current work stream and not really a bug. You needed to use --force to install it and thus it isn't supported yet in the current charm.
