Bug Description

On a cloud deployed with cs:rabbitmq-server-84 we are seeing intermittent faults from collect_rabbitmq_stats.sh:

ERROR: problem parsing the stats file

I was wondering about non-atomicity of the stats generation as in Bug #1569143 but failed in repro'ing the issue

Can you include any more details about what you're seeing? What's in the stats file when this error occurs?
