Prometheus charm should point people at Prometheus2

Hi,

 Just started out wanting to install Prometheus in my LXD + Juju environment built on Ubuntu 20.04.. getting the following in status

  > juju deploy cs:prometheus-7

prometheus/0* error idle 186 ip_address hook failed: "install"

any ideas or how do I help get a debug log together for you ?

If I force the series it seems to progress all the way to "ready"

$ juju deploy cs:prometheus-7 --series bionic
ERROR series "bionic" not supported by charm, supported series are: trusty,xenial. Use --force to deploy the charm anyway.
$ juju deploy cs:prometheus-7 --series bionic --force
Located charm "cs:prometheus-7".
Deploying charm "cs:prometheus-7".
output in juju says “ready”

The problem here was the use of the cs:prometheus rather than cs:prometheus2. We should update the README for the old prometheus charm to prominently and loudly redirect users to the https://jaas.ai/prometheus2
