Chassis fail to connect to ovn-central because of northd mismatch

What is the reason for having `ovn-match-northd-version="true" on ovn-chassis?

This is causing some issues while refreshing packages on hosts and the workaround is always to set that to false to make the ovn-controller working again.

I wonder if this may be a duplicate of bug 2030944 which was fixed by [0] and backported to the 22.03 charm in [1][2]?
