Bug Description
Ideally this should remove the chassis from both Chassis and Chassis_Private and communicate to the operator that neutron-servers need to be restarted to make the agent disappearing from
"openstack agent list"

If the agent is only removed from Chassis then Neutron hits the following:
AttributeError: Row instance has no attribute 'hostname'
and openstack network agent list returns an 500 HTTP error until the node is removed from Chassis_Private as well.
