Bug Description
A recent upgrade broke the css of horizon on one of our clouds. It would be beneficial if we knew about this before the customer's day was ruined by an unusable Horizon.

Although it would be great to check the response from Horizon, it sounds like this was caused by a poorly tested update release rather than the sort of thing monitoring is intended to pick up. Given that the css for Horizon is customized per cloud with custom themes, confirming the result is 'good' is even more unlikely to be realistic.
