Bug Description

python-django 1:1.11.21-1 has been synced from Debian unstable in eoan (train), so the Ubuntu patch that used pymysql as a drop-in replacement for mysqldb has been reverted. Due to this I think openstack-dashboard will need to install python3-mysqldb instead of python3-pymysql for >= train.
