Bug Description

The charm renders

[keystone_authtoken]
project_name = services

regardless of the value of service-tenant in the keystone charm. It should rather render using

project_name = {{ identity_service.service_tenant }}

Agreed, this goes for {project,user}_domain_name too. The template is probably coming from charm-layer-openstack
