Bug Description
Hello,
doing a image retrofit on basis of noble numbat leads to provisioning_status ERROR, but just works fine with jammy. Sadly I couldn't dig up more error related information.
Setup:
maas 3.4.2
juju 3.5.1
openstack 2023.2/stable
ubuntu 22.04
