Bug Description

charm-octavia-diskimage-retrofit heavily relies on the octavia-diskimage-retrofit snap. However, there is no charm option to specify which channel the charm should install the snap from. It makes a bit hard to test multiple channels to confirm a fix using the charm. e.g. bug 2037935

It would be nice if the charm supports an option to specify the snap channel.
