Bug Description

The charm has hardcoded requirements [1] for a bunch of image properties that are generally available if the image happened to be created by glance-simplestreams-sync charm but there will be users that won't be using that charm to sync images into glance (e.g. those that don't want to have provide access to simplestreams) and therefore it would be nice if the charm docs were more explicit about what properties are required in order for it to work.

The ``retrofit-image`` action has a optional ``source-image`` parameter for use in deployments without GSS.

Both the properties expected when GSS is in the deployment and the action could have better documentation, so I'll update that on the back of this bug.

Would specifying the uuid of theimage to use as source through the ``source-image`` parameter to ``retrofit-image`` action solve your specific use case?
