run-action run-nrpe-check name=check_crm_status fails

When performing `juju run-action nrpe/X run-nrpe-check name=check_crm_status --wait` on a unit which has hacluster installed, the output is:

When running the check manually on the machine it works fine.

This is on Jammy using latest/stable and latest/edge (103).
