Charm upgrade does not honour nagios_hostname_type setting

Bug Description

When upgrading to the latest version of the charm, the generated configuration contained a reference to the hostname of the juju unit as if nagios_hostname_type were set to 'host' instead of 'unit', resulting in the following error when nagios checks were collected:

    Error: Could not find any host matching 'juju-b4bda0-env-app-2' (config file '/etc/nagios3/collected.d/.../service__juju-b4bda0-env-app-2_check_canonical-livepatch.cfg', starting on line 5)

Setting nagios_hostname_type to host and back to unit is a workaround.
