Bug Description
To be consistent with a pile of bugs I'm raising consider changing the descriptions of the 'pause' and 'resume' actions
from:
pause Pause the nova_compute unit. This action will stop nova_compute services.
resume Resume the nova_compute unit. This action will start nova_compute services.
to:
pause Pause the Nova service.
resume Resume the Nova service.
