Bug Description
With the charm it is possible to change the storage backend from empheral to rdb. This works will and machine's created after the change, can also be live migrated.
Machine's created before the change however will go to a failed state, as their storage cannot be found on the rdb backend.
So changing this option should come with some guidance on how to handle that.
