nova-compute + lxd should provide better feedback when used in unsupported configurations

Hitting error installing nova-compute for kilo with nova-compute-lxd charm. The package is not available in the archive.

nova-compute-lxd is xenial or later; so there are no packages for it in the UCA; that said this could be handled a little more gracefully.
