But then i get the error "Services not running that should be: nova-consoleauth". Setting it back to false leaves the cluster correctly configured. If it is of any help, the last change from true to false, produced the following error in the a unit's log file:

@soumplis: would you please post the bundle? We'll try to reproduce with the simplest possible setup of nova-cloud- controller and hacluster, but the original bundle would be useful, just in case that doesn't reproduce the issue.
